DEVOLUCIONES

1. Cancelar la política

Siempre tiene derecho a cancelar su compra dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha en que compró los productos. Si desea cancelar su pedido, envíenos el aviso a través de nuestro. Envíe un correo electrónico a info@touchesport.com antes de devolver su pedido.

Una vez que nos haya notificado la cancelación, se le reembolsará el importe de su pedido lo antes posible, a más tardar dentro de los 30 días posteriores a su cancelación.

La devolución se realiza por su cuenta una vez realizada la cancelación del contrato.

Si recibió los productos, es responsable de cuidarlos de forma razonable y debe enviarnos los productos en su estado original dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha en que compró los productos.

Nos reservamos el derecho de cobrar por no exceder nuestros costos directos de recuperación de la mercancía si no devuelve la mercancía.

2. Política de cambios

Si desea cambiar su mercancía por favor envíenos el aviso a través de nuestro correo info@touchesport.com

Tiene derecho a cambiar sus productos dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha en que compró los productos. Nota: No es necesario que nos lleve 30 días recibirlo.

La devolución del artículo se realiza por su cuenta.

3. Política de devoluciones

Para tener derecho a devolver la mercancía:

- La mercancía debe ser devuelta dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la fecha de compra.

- Las mercancías deben estar sin usar y sin daños.

- Todas las etiquetas deben dejarse en la mercancía.

- Por motivos de higiene, no podemos aceptar devoluciones de ropa interior, bañadores, calcetines y complementos.

Si no se cumplen estas condiciones, la mercancía se devolverá y se le cobrará el envío y la manipulación.

1. Cancel policy

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you purchased the goods. If you want to cancel your order please provide us the notice through our.  mail info@touchesport.com before sending back your order.

Once you have notified us about the cancellation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of your cancellation.

The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation of the contract.

If you received the goods you are responsible to take reasonable care of them and you must send the goods back to us in their original condition within 30 days from the day you purchased the goods.

We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.

 2. Exchange policy

If you want to exchange your goods please provide us with the notice through our mail info@touchesport.com

You have the right to exchange your goods within 30 days from the day you purchased the goods. Note: It doesn't have to take 30 days for us to receive it. 

The return of the item is made at your own cost.

3. Return policy

In order to have the right to return the goods:

- The goods must be returned within the 30 days from the day of purchasing. 

- The goods need to be unused and undamaged.

- All the labels need to be left on the goods.

- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, socks and accessories.

If these conditions are not fulfilled the goods will be sent back and you will be charged for the shipping and handling.
